When did this start? Did you make any change right before it started?

Did it work before you applied FP2? If so, what was the previous version you had running?

Is this a new clean install, where you installed 8.5.2FP2 clean?

Have you tried using 8.5.3?

You probably should talk to IBM Support about this, I am sure they have more knowledge...
